If you already have plans and elevations, we can review them for your piece of mind prior to Planning Application, detailed design or building. You will be spending a lot of money on your building project and we can help you avoid costly mistakes. Our customers take on board the majority of our comments and are 100% grateful about the changes we suggest. It's not too late to change your design even if your Planning Permission is already in place. It is best to make any changes now before your building works begin. How this works: 1. Book an appointment 2. Prior to our appointment, please email any plans, photos, link to Rightmove or any further information to silvia@theboldcollective.co.uk 3. Phone or video call to discuss your project, space requirements 4. We will review your plans further and get back to you with a full report of recommendations. 5. Follow-up call to finalise any further questions If a site visit is required, this will be charged at an additional fee of £250.
